Include your device model, your Android version and the app version so we can reproduce the issue.
Before you write
- A video won’t play? Check your connection and try again — the app tells you when you are offline or the connection is weak.
- No new-episode alerts? Turn on New episode alerts in Settings and allow notifications for Amelix in your phone’s settings.
- Lost your list after reinstalling? My List and your watch history are kept on your phone, without an account, so they don’t carry over to a new install.
- A drama shouldn’t be there? Use Report a problem in its menu in For You, or email us its title.
- Want the app in another language? Open Settings → Language — Amelix speaks 25 languages.
- Data request? Name the right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure) so we can route it correctly.
